Great location, nice interior, free water and apples available in lobby, available instant coffee in a room, service was perfect.
I expect perfectly clean room at 4 star hotel but there were few stains in bathroom (which was easy to clean). Few pillows were too old and already worn out. There were no hair conditioner (it was 2 in 1 with a shampoo but we do know how well it "works"). We asked for a room with a view but didnt get one.

Originally we did not like our room, the staff was extremely accommodating and placed us in a room we appreciated much more, they were very helpful. We were upgraded at a small cost.
