Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent central location, making it easy to access public transport, attractions, and amenities. The staff were frequently described as friendly and helpful, and many guests enjoyed the breakfast offerings. However, several reviews mentioned issues with cleanliness, particularly with carpets and bathrooms, and some guests experienced noise disturbances from nearby trams or trains. Overall, the hotel is appreciated for its convenience and welcoming atmosphere, though improvements in cleanliness and soundproofing would enhance the stay.
