The best location for central and train access. Clean and comfortable rooms with exceptional service - we ordered ice to our room a few times and it was always quick! It only cost 2€ to leave each suitcase with them on early arrival from the airport/after checkout... which I thought was very reasonable given the security of them.
Air Conditioning would've been nice to have, unless we missed it!

In the middle of Alexanderplatz, with many sites nearby. Easy walk to restaurants and cafes. Train station a mere 2 min walk away. Room was clean and comfortable.
In morning ‘peak’ hours the lift took a while, so leave some extra wiggle room in the morning
