The people leaving the casino in the middle of the night are very loud. Which matters because the "AC" doesn't blow or cool (seems typical in Switzerland, though), so we had to sleep with the windows open. We also requested an extra flat/top sheet to sleep under instead of the heavy comforter. This was accommodated without any problems (other hotels had trouble understanding this request). If you ...

Pros (+) The hotel was modern looking, and the room was spacious, quiet, and comfortable. The location was within walking distance to the city center or a quick bus ride. The staff was accommodating when it was late and I realized I hadn't booked my second night.
Cons (-) It would have been nice if the hotel had honored the first night's price when I had neglected to book my second night. I paid a much higher price. Sounds like some rooms had a better view.
