Location
It’s a tourism group hotel, and noise! In my opinion, the staff needs an improvement.

The location of the hotel is not good like other hotels in bethlehem .. all the services aren’t available.. the pool, gym, the restaurant.. the breakfast wasn’t good enough .. the hotel is not clean enough .. it was worse experience

It was very comfortable and the staff were lovely and very helpful. The facilities were good, a great choice for breakfast. I was visiting Bethlehem to do an icon painting course and Ararat Hotel was in a convenient location.
The bar wasn’t very welcoming, but apart from that all was fine.

Great breakfast. Very friendly staff who helped straight away when needed. Competent each time. The gift shop that belongs to the hotel is the best. It’s just beside the hotel. Ask staff for it. Don‘t miss that. Further on the location to town center is perfect. Also a nice bakery just 100 m uphill to downtown on right hand side is recommendable. No , I‘m not payed to write these lines.
