Location was nice as we had to go to mount snowdon. Town was accessible too.
Two for £10 meal isn't good as they don't give enough food especially rice which is just one spoon. Sometimes the food is even over like chicken so couldn't have chicken curry as part of the deal
The general friendliness of the staff and their willingness together with the spaciousness of the hotel.
There were no chairs in the bedrooms.....I do not want to watch the Television from the bed
The whole experience was fun and very relaxing.
location - not too far away from the main towns and attractions.
Food was not very nice. Room was never cleaned properly, especially the floor. Hotel needs some refurbishment - a bit tired! Temperature in room was either too cold (especially bathroom) or blazing hot!
The location was excellent, the area is very pretty. The hotel was very easy to find on the main A5 trunk road. Extensive free car parking was available at all times with a free parking permit given to park in the adjacent pay and display car park.
We did not like the fact that contractors had access to our room whilst we were out and about. The wooden decking steps up to our room (no 23) were very slippy when wet. The internet the hotel claims to have was not apparent in any part of the hotel that we could find. The manager was not available when we tried to complain nor did he make himself available when we were told he would be. My advice would be to steer clear of this hotel if you want any type of facility, it is essentially a youth hostelry with a few large rooms added on.
