Agnes was amazing! She was so helpful and charming, truly an asset to the company! She went out of her way to help us navigate the city, make reservations for our bus and was genuinely nice! Love her! The hotel is in dire need of renovations. The furniture has a thick layer of paint and looks really tired. The bathroom tiles could use a thorough scrubbing. The TV needs updating.
