Guests overwhelmingly appreciate the hotel's excellent location, especially its proximity to UAB hospital, making it very convenient for hospital visits. Many reviewers also highlight the friendly and helpful staff, as well as the overall cleanliness of the rooms and public areas. However, some guests were disappointed by the lack of complimentary breakfast, high prices for food and parking, occasional noise from the nearby hospital, and isolated issues with room maintenance and pests. Despite these drawbacks, the positive aspects of location, service, and cleanliness stand out in the reviews.

Cons (-) The shower curtain wasn’t long enough, so you could really stop the bathroom from flooding while you were showering. Past that, everything was nice.
