Front desk can benefit from customer service training. The check-in process was less than desirable, after driving four hours to be greeted by an unwelcoming clerk. The beds are lumpy, pillows are awful. The ground (floor of the room) is uneven, and stains are everywhere. Hardly a boutique hotel experience, in fact, it is the opposite. Cons (-) Parking is very tight, my doors got badly dinged by guy in next slot. Little difficult to get from lot into room, long hall to walk down, you need to request a room close to an exit, if you don't mind the noise
