Overall dirty and dilapidated. The room reeked of stale smoke the breakfast was pathetic with no spoons to eat the cereal or knives to spread the butter. Also no napkins. Chipped paint and bare spackle in numerous places. One clerk's pot smoking could be smelled on the landing of the second floor. Our window was dirty and opaque.

Pros (+) Chuck was such a delight! He made sure that we knew to ask him for any assistance if need be. The beds were really comfy.
Cons (-) The room was a little too warm and a little too small, but for only staying one night, it was perfect for me.
