Pros (+) Located 1 block from Plaza de Bolivar in Candeleria; very good breakfast, room small but great shower and comfortable bed; excellent on-site Restaurant for dinner.
Cons (-) Lots of stairs (1/2 flight from main floors to rooms), area is essentially dead at night - restaurants within walking distance nonexistent.
