10.0 Excellent
Pros: We had to be on the road at 4:30 am so Emily had a to go breakfast ready for us. Super Women. She also helped us book rooms at another of your hotels for the following week.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great corner room with balcony overlooking the water. 2 queen beds, plenty of space, fridge and microwave. A very good breakfast included.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Staff were very accommodating upon arrival and check out. An hour or so after we settled in, front desk called our room to see if all is well or if there are any issues. That was great service! We thought, one of our lamps wasn't working so they sent someone up right away (and the lamp actually did work...). Front desk gave us some great advice on what to do in the area and where to eat. The room was great, bed was perfect and there's really nothing much we could've wanted to add.
Cons: The elevator can take a long time. Nothing much the hotel can do about I guess, but just take the stairs or sit back and relax, while waiting for the elevator... :)

Featured amenities include a computer station, luggage storage, and a library. Planning an event in Campbell River? This resort has facilities measuring 925 square feet (86 square meters), including a conference center. Free self parking is available onsite.
6.8 Good
Pros: I liked that the location was near the wedding we were attending.
Cons: Our room had quite possibly the worst view of the entire resort. We were looking out at the back of the awning over the main door.
5.8 Okay
Pros: The ocean view from the room is wonderful. Room is clean. There is 24 hour free coffee and tea available.
Cons: The common seating area is closed as from 8PM so you essentially have no nice place to sit past that time. The laundry facilities can only be used between 10AM and 5PM, because of noise. Overall, the stay here is not nearly as comfortable as you would deduce from the photos. The kitchen facilities shown there are not actually accessible unless you have booked the villa/cabin and the common area looks really cozy but isn't actually accessible when it's most valuable.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We were able to check in an hour early. Friendly efficient staff person on reception. Lovely view of the sunset from our balcony and after dark, the lights of a cruise on its way to Alaska.
Cons: Nothing negative to say
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We liked everything about this place
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Very nice place with own waterfront, we had a room with ocean view, which was really nice. We enjoyed our three nights :)
Cons: Its near the Highway so you can hear the traffic a little, but its not to bad.
6.8 Good
Cons: The beds were horrible. No AC
8.2 Excellent
Pros: The location is nice, but there were a few things that I would Have liked to have changed. I noticed no coffee in the rooms (there is coffee 24/7 in the lobby which is fine), no blow dryer, no AC (at least in my room), and the front desk is only open 8am-8pm. When we made the reservation I said 2 adults, but we only had one key, which made it difficult because we typically only got back to our room after 8pm and we were up doing stuff before 8 also. There is no food that I know of, all I saw to purchase was some chocolate bars and chips. Be sure to pack snacks.
Cons: Ocean side, quiet, clean, generally a really nice place to stay overall.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful location, clean and comfortable rooms.
Cons: clean and quiet; with beautiful view.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Amazing place, very peaceful. Located in 5 min walking distance from the beach. The rooms are very clean and cozy. Handmade toiletries made from natural ingredients. It creates a SPA feeling.
Cons: You have to check-in before 8:00 p.m.; there is no one on reception past that time. If you have a busy early morning schedule the next day and you coming back late, your entry key will be blocked. If you do not check-in and sign security deposit paper later, you will not be able to lock your door the next morning when you leave even if you already paid in full your stay in advance. That was very inconvenient for us; otherwise, we are very satisfied with our stay.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Lovely and highly recommended. Spend the extra money for the ocean view!
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Quiet and well kept with lovely grounds and views

Pros: Location was fantastic, such a lovely view from the balcony! Beautiful garden area. Such a large room and comfy beds!
Cons: Paint is a little outdated but that didn't bother us!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Comfortable. Excellent sea view from the room. We saw humpback whales over breakfast. Sea eagles flew past regularly. Super friendly and responsive staff.
9.7 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful view from the balcony. The best place to view wildlife and cruise ships right from your room.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Great location and easy to find. We stayed for one night whilst travelling around Vancouver Island. Room over looked the Sea and was clean.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The view is beautiful from our room on the second floor. It’s right on the water and you can see across to Quadra Island. The unit was exceptionally clean. The bed was comfortable with soft sheets.
Cons: The separate bedroom had little air flow since the one window was small.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The room had the bonus of a fridge, microwave and table, and a fabulous view from the balcony. It is a pleasant walk down into town and along the seafront round to a large boatyard and Native burial ground with lots of totem poles etc. I can recommend the first cafe you come to on the other side of the road if you want fish and chips or just a cuppa. The motel is very close to the museum too, which was absolutely fascinating. There's no problem with luggage if you have time after checking out before having to move on as there is secure storage there.
Cons: Campbell River is a much larger, busier place than I expected but it was only a break on our journey down the island.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Clean, comfortable & the Motel’s bucolic location above Discovery Passage (with great views across to Quadra Island, including of the Inside Passage marine traffic that funnels through this channel). Very attentive and friendly, obliging Owners.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Nice staff, lovely views, calm garden area overlooking the river, coffee and tea making facilities with fridge and microwave. Thick curtains! So I had a good night's sleep for once.
4.3 Okay
Pros: The ocean view
Cons: When I booked I asked for top floor and when I got there I was told they couldn’t accommodate. That would have been nice to know prior to paying so I could book somewhere else. The room above was extremely noisy no sound barrier from the upstairs. Parking is tight and rooms are old and thrown together. Rooms are all different prices but if you shop around next hotel has rooms for 40 dollars cheaper and nicer rooms. These guys don’t offer government rates from July 15 -August 31 Wouldn’t book here again
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Got an upgrade of a room with a balcony view of the ocean. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable about fishing tours etc. Rooms were clean and well set up.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Front desk was courteous. Gave good directions for local restaurant. Easy walk into town after long drive
Cons: Sliding door (view) window seal was broken so view was obliterated

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The room was small but very clean. The housekeepers cleaning the rooms actually go around the perimeter of the room with their vacuum hose. The staff at the desk and the restaurant staff were just amazing. Kudos to the cook Jenny. She is awesome.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Clean room with plenty of space. Easy parking.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We arrived by kayak and the hotel and its location were perfect for us. We could leave our kayak at the marina across the road (for a fee) and everything we needed was within walking distance. There is even a laundromat in the little mall next to the hotel. The Happy Hour with half price appys was terrific and a hot breakfast is included. Overall we were very happy with the hotel.

Cons: Dated property. Quaint but not to my taste
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Roomy, clean, excellent value, and amazing breakfast.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The two queen room was clean and roomy! Instead of a standard hotel room it had a full kitchen, living room and one queen in the bedroom. The second queen was a murphy bed in living room that was very comfortable.
Cons: The hotel has a make your own hot breakfast area. It would be nice to have more hotplates. Between our party of six and the other guests, it took a while before we could eat
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The room was beautiful and the decor was comfortable and lovely
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was good.. more fresh fruit would be nice. room was nice, spacious, clean, well stocked - EXCEPT - no salt, pepper. staff was great!
Cons: The pillows did not work for us; (too big, full)...asked for another option, none available. Bed in bedroom a little too hard for us.
7.5 Good
Pros: Egg station at breakfast was great, located next to the sea and friendly staff.
Cons: Only thing we weren’t happy about is the cleaning, since our room wasn’t cleaned during or stay, nor were our towels refreshed.
7.0 Good
Cons: No breakfast. Limited coffee supplies. Limited room service.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was a Buffett, good selection. You could help yourself and made your own Omelettes .

Restaurant and setting there for dinner superb.Well maintained grounds and opportunity to do whale watching trips from hotel.Saw seals and otters at the lodge water taxi site.
Cons: General state of rooms /swimming pool could be updated.
7.0 Good
Cons: The access to handicapped bathroomd
5.5 Okay
Pros: The view
Cons: We did not get the „deluxe“ room we paid for but based on booking.com definitions a „standard“ room. When we mentioned this to the reception, the answer was, that we have to talk to booking.com about this and not to them. When I disagreed to that, the receptionist repeated her POV a second time...starting the sentence with a very unfriendly „ you are not listening“....This made me feeling very uncomfortable and treated not with the necessary respect as a customer of the hotel. The receptionist explained to us, that in In the definition of the hotel all rooms with sea view are „Deluxe“ rooms. So also the room we got, which was not in the main building, and which in booking.com was shown with pictures as a „standard room“ with a lower price than the much nicer furnished „deluxe“ rooms. I strongly believe that the hotel has the responsibility to ensure that they are aligned with booking.com. To ask us to call booking.com was unacceptable.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The location is great.
Cons: The rooms are very old and have a tiny bathroom.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Overall the staff were friendly. The location on the river and to Strathcarron Provincial Park.
Cons: First morning was very busy at breakfast. I think this was exacerbated by inexperienced staff as well.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very beautiful place to stay. Possibility to take the hotel water taxi is a very nice service. We had lunch at the other side of the water with a beautiful teras outside with seals and eagle birds too watch.
Cons: Breakfast was a bit poor compared to the accommodation.
5.8 Okay
Pros: The room was large and had a nice view.
Cons: Our room was shabby. Peeling wallpaper in bathroom. There were food crumbs on the floor from a previous guest. We were also told that we could take their water taxi over to the sister property on Quadra Island for dinner...which sounded great...so we did but they neglected to tell us we had to have a reservation and they couldn’t get us a table for like 90 minutes despite the restaurant being 1/2 empty. Had we known we would have made another choice. The staff didn’t seem to feel it was a big concern.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast at the restaurant was exemplary, and the rooms themselves were exemplary. You cannot beat the views, or the atmosphere.
Cons: Nothing comes to mind.

8.8 Excellent
Pros: The view, the location, the pool!
Cons: Some work being done, didn’t bother us but just not that pretty
4.8 Okay
Cons: Poor parking and access for larger vehicles. Looks like they started renovating room but quit. Musty smelling and views over old roofs.
3.4 Mediocre
Pros: Very nice ocean view
Cons: Sheets hadn't been changed (hair in the sheets) and tub hadn't been cleaned. After arriving at the first room slotted to us we found the room still I cleaned, 2nd room looked fine but once we moved in realized it wasn't. It's a very tired and quite unfriendly hotel. We wouldn't go back.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Very good.
Cons: The noise from a party on an upper floor that penetrated to our first floor unit was unbelievable and kept going till the early morning hours! We called the front desk for help and were told there wasn't anyone around to go to that room and tell them to quiet down! Upon check-out, we were told by staff they'd give us some coupon for a discount but they couldn't find them! We just left. Sad, because the place is beautiful in a great location and the breakfast was good. But when you're tired and can't get to sleep until about 1 a.m. due to party people above you, it ruined out stay.
7.5 Good
Pros: My husband didn't like the breakfast....sausages didn't have much flavour. I thought it was okay though.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Had nice view from room, but it had the big roof over the lower part of hotel in front of the balcony, so the far view of ocean was nice- you just had to ignore the brown deck in front of you. Staff was very friendly, room was clean.
Cons: Breakfast was bad , poor service - had to wait for glasses, mugs, coffee was cold. Didn't even go for breakfast there the next day, but it was included in price, so if you like an all you can eat mediocre breakfast, it will be ok. Had supper in dining room, was ok, but will not eat there again, food wasn't great.
4.5 Okay
Pros: The breakfast included was better than expected. Staff were friendly and polite.
Cons: It’s an aging property, bed was uncomfortable, AC/heater was noisy and smelly. The hotel had an overwhelming smell of air freshener. Coffee was terrible.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: It has a beautiful view, beds were comfortable. My son enjoyed the swimming pool. Breakfast which was included was very good and plentiful.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Great location, clean, super friendly staff. Breakfast included!
Cons: No ice machine on our floor. Light coming in around the door from the hallway was really bright at night.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was wonderful, a great way to start the day. Chefs are cooking up hot and fresh items for the buffet all the time. Every seat in the restaurant has a view of the water. So relaxing.
Cons: NO elevator from 4-7th floor and we were on the 7th floor. Having bad knees did not make the stairs any fun.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: the hotel stay was excellent...location, comfort, staff, all excellent . Front desk and cleaning staff were very helpful
Cons: The only issue I had was the dining room staff seemed quite understaffed . Not their issue, they were friendly and did the best they could.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The location was great!!!! The breakfast was a little cold . How ever it was plentiful.
Cons: Install an elevator!!!!!!!

7.0 Good
Pros: Close to downtown
Cons: Very noisy. Car doors, cars starting, horns (and we were on the inside courtyard, not street side), very noisy upstairs plumbing. "Free breakfast" is an Egg McMuffin at McD's, not what were expecting.
6.8 Good
Pros: The location is great. Close to shopping and restaurants.
Cons: Our room was not thoroughly cleaned when we arrived. I pointed out a stain on the comforter and pop dried on the floor to the guy at the desk, and he took care of it right away.

Pros: Comfy bed with a BLANKET!! We get too hot sleeping under a doona/quilt. Very helpful upon check in. Great shower!
Cons: A kettle for us to make a cup of tea would be lovely.
7.5 Good
Pros: Good location. Close to everything, and reasonably cheap compared to other places that are actually in town. There's a mini fridge in the room and a grocery store and liquor store right behind the hotel.
Cons: Its fine. Nothing fancy but it doesn't claim to be. But be warned the breakfast is a voucher for McDonald's.
10.0 Excellent

Cons: The room was on a busy street. It was noisy. I would choose a different room next time!
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The staff were very helpful

8.3 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly and accommodating staff A widely varied continental courtesy breakfast selection was available over a five hour period each morning
Cons: The room did not have good lighting. The toilet paper and facial tissues were of very poor quality and shredded easily. Noise from above room was barely insulated
7.5 Good
Pros: It was quiet and clean inside the room and the grounds too.
Cons: A note in the room binder said that pets were not allowed on the bed... in a pet friendly room, this seemed like a very strange and unusual rule.
4.5 Okay
Pros: The location was good. The breakfast was OK, but I liked that it started at 5AM, as I wanted to be gone by 5:30.
Cons: Maybe it was just my room, but it didn't look anywhere near as nice as their web site photos. Plus, the fridge hummed and 'pinged', the toilet leaked and the microwave would not work.

Pros: Great free breakfast
Cons: No radio via the TV in any room. Very disappointed with that

Pros: Beds were comfortable and keeping the room at a comfortable temp was easy
Cons: Bathroom was small and the unit was a little dsted

Pros: Beautiful setting and I really enjoyed my 10 day stay. Wonderful to have a kitchen.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Very clean and convenient.
Cons: Beds not the most comfortable, but ok.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We had our dog and loved the grounds at the motel and the walk to the restored estuary just across the road. Seemed like good value.
Cons: Nothing.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The facilities provided in the rooms are good - microwave and cooker with adequate crockery and cutlery. The surroundings are very serene with various wooden carvings around the property. The staff are welcoming and pleasant.
Cons: My request for decaffeinated coffee hadn't been received and they didn't have any on site. The shower area was slippy. No obvious eateries around the area that looked welcoming so we went to Walmart and catered for ourselves.

Pros: Very nice people! And location .
Cons: wish getting organized and get more servers.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: -close to the Campbell River ferry -also close to the pick up for our Whale Watching tour with Adventure Quest -good price for a one bedroom with a bed in living room for our kids
Cons: The property is being renovated but this didn’t affect our stay at all.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was undergoing renovations so we missed out on the hot tub, but other than that it was fantastic for the price! The staff, especially Harry the manager, was incredibly accommodating. We had half of our wedding party there and we all loved it!
6.8 Good
Pros: Pool was nice. Good view
Cons: Lack of air flow or a fan / air conditioning. Few window openings so the room was too hot. Hot tub was advertised but we were unable to use it as they did not have a license for it. Wifi did not work for part of our evenings.
5.8 Okay
Pros: Big room
Cons: Had a kid at the front desk that didn’t know how to process our arrival. Said manager would be back at 3. We had a tv in our room that wasn’t hooked up. Manager did not come back till 6. He did then hook up our tv. Drunk men sitting outside our room down below drinking & swearing loud for hours until it started raining....thank god!!!! When I booked there was no mention of the pub on the property being closed down!!!
8.3 Excellent
Cons: terrible wi-fi
7.5 Good
Pros: great location near the ferries. It will be great to have the ebikes up and running! Really nice to have the kitchenette facilities. Very comfortable beds. Great view.
Cons: Hum of pool pump at night was a bit loud. Cigarette smoke made its way through the window to our room.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Be prepared to ask for anything that you need; including coffee, towels, your room cleaned. Other than that it's a great place. Staff are friendly, views are amazing & the beds are new. Our visit was during renovations & the staff did their best to accommodate all of the guests to avoid discomfort or disruptions.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Basic rooms that were clean and quiet. The beds were comfortable, and my wife loved the pillows.
Cons: One of the selling points of the resort was the hot tub and a nearby pub. The pub is closed, and the hot tub was broken. Wish I knew of this beforehand because we love hot tubs when we spend nights somewhere.
7.5 Good
Pros: The brand new beds are really comfortable. It was surprisingly quiet for the location next to the ferry and all of the renovations going on.
Cons: We were very disappointed to find the hotel in the middle of major renovations when we arrived and the hot tub wasnt even open which is why I picked this hotel over others.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: I loved this motel, in fact I reserved it on our way back as well -the day we left the first time! It is a budget motel and absolutely perfect in that it has a kitchen (not a lot of equipment but just enough), enough space inside, a little place to sit on the motel patio, a lovely picnic table on the grass where we could enjoy and see the ocean and fantastic stairs down to the beach!!! So loved that beach, it isn't the kind you can lie on as it is pebbly and rocky but so awesome, great spot!
Cons: I think it is due for a paint job. but I love the budget price, the beach, location and the amenities and fabulous staff!
8.0 Excellent
Pros: We arrived and left by kayak which proved challenging. On the positive side, the owners and their son were terrific. The son even helped us get our boat back to the water when we left. There had been a bit of a communication issue about where to leave our boat but all was managed. The room was large and had a decent kitchenette. The bathroom could use some upgrading but it met our needs. We were happy with our stay.
Cons: We expected the Edgewater Motel to actually be on the edge of the water and not on the top of a cliff overlooking the water. We had checked Google Earth and Google maps and we now know the fuzzy thing we thought was a beach was the cliff. The lesson to us here is that we should always phone and ask. Since we were arriving and leaving by kayak (we did note this in a message to the motel), our arrival and departure were challenging. We left our boat at the bottom of the cliff and carried our gear up the 104 steps. The motel is quite far from restaurants and shops. Fortunately, a very kind friend of the owners drove us to a diner in Black Creek so that we could buy a few things. We could have easily managed with what we had but it was nice to get some take-out and relax.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: First off the owners were great. Had a super early flight next morning and the owner drove us for much cheaper than the taxi. Its small but perfect. Right on the coast with beach access. Very comfortable and would definitely stay again.
Cons: Its not really in walking distance to anything but they've got a full kitchen so as long as you plan ahead its perfect.
7.5 Good
Pros: Screened windows in bedroom, living room and sliding door, giving cross breezes, which was good. Family who owns it are nice Fenced , grassy yard to let my dog play was a huge plus for me. Even though my suite was very old, I did appreciate being able to have my dog there, and esp being able to use the yard. It’s very quiet at night, that was huge for me. Easy to get to lots of great places nearby, Saratoga beach( dog friendly and sandy), 10 min to Campbell River, Miracle beach, etc.
Cons: There are 102 stairs down to the beach, I wish I had known that. I thought I’d be able to easily access the beach. I stayed for 2 weeks and requested a main floor room, which I was given. It has seen better days. The room directly above has had updates and is much better, but I didn’t want to do stairs due to a heel injury. The stove’s large element didn’t work, neither did the oven. The microwave blew the fuse frequently, (not related to use of other electrical appliances) , but I was able to flip the switch in the fuse box in the bedroom. I would have appreciated some more supplies being provided like cling wrap and aluminum foil. The kitchen chairs are uncomfortable, I just exchanged an outdoor one and put it inside. The one other thing was having to pay 10$ a night extra for my dog. Most places have a maximum after a few days. I asked and did get 40$ off of 140$, so it was 100$, which I think is still high, but maybe I am out of touch. Also no weekly discount was given to me( I stayed 14 nights), which surprised me.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly staff. And good location. And good price. Also when we checked out and left i realized I had left my diamond ring in the room (it fell out in its box out of my suitcase) and when we called to see If they found it she said she did and put it in her office to keep it safe and was there with it when we got back. Good value for the price as well we didnt spend a whole lot of time in our room so to be able to have a kitchenette and separate bedroom for this price was pretty great and it was clean. Could use some updates but other then that it was great for what we needed. Would recommend.
Cons: Stairs to beach were a bit crazy but that was ok with us and we just drove down the road a bit and went to the beach there. Couch wasnt the most comfortable but we didnt spend alot of time in our room so it didnt bother us much at all.
7.0 Good
Cons: The bed was like a rock - way beyond firm.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Close proximity to the beach. Great place for a dog to explore.
Cons: Old/used sponge for cleaning dishes. I would suggest unopened package of sponge.
6.3 Good
Pros: attentive and friendly staff/owners good space/layout of the unit generally clean, likely seems not quite as clean as wished for because dated enjoyed ground floor access and sliding door and window for fresh air nice yard and close parking
Cons: no over sink lite stove burners not clean and big burner did not work shower and tub spigots ran at the same time when water turned on in tub futon very uncomfortable as 2nd bed and hard to set up as bed wish steps down to beach were more accessible and safer to get to beach on a main road so hard to find places to walk a larger, active dog
7.0 Good
Pros: quick check in friendly staff
Cons: The door frame was broken. The security chain was broken as well.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Nice pleasant cozy room, it had what we needed for a couple days exploring the area. Very wonderful smiling service from owner. Will be first choice next time as we can bring our dogs. Just bring a blanket for dog to sleep on. The property is very well kept and feels like home. Thanks to Ying for a great stay.
6.8 Good
Pros: Good location. Friendly owner. It was great to have a kitchen. Good sized room.
Cons: One of us thought the bed was too hard. It's an older motel that could use some updating.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Good bed and room.
Cons: Yes Good
5.0 Okay
Cons: We checked in late and were just given a key. The wrong key... to a room that was already occupied. Hard to get anyone to answer the phone and come to the office. Took 2 days before we actually signed any paperwork. Plug ins by the bed did not work so phone charging had to happen in the bathroom. No wifi password given. Wood floors covered in grit/dirt and not cleaned during our 5 day stay. Lots of maintenance needed on decking and stairs. Not totally terrible. Would not stay there again.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Very clean, quiet, lovely scenery. Serene. Comfy
Cons: It is in a slightly rundown area.....and so you get a wonderful surprise when you go into the office and grounds!

Pros: Nothing
Cons: The bath tub was black and the tiles there was black mold and the tiles were not clean you could see the soap residu on them. The room was full with dust. It was no smoking but all you could smell in the hallways was smoke. Room above us was running on the room for hours and there was a lot of yelling and screaming in the hallways. When we went outside we were asked by several people that were living in the hotel for cigarettes.we could not use the shower
10.0 Excellent
Pros: It was conveniently located to the services we needed
Cons: No
4.5 Okay
Pros: We liked the location. It was close to downtown. The price was also reasonable.
Cons: The locals and people living in the hotel surrounded the area at all times. The shower was outdated, the room and hallways smelled of cigarette smoke, there was only wifi in the lobby and the air conditioner was extremely loud, but without it the room was stifling hot.
5.0 Okay
Pros: Nice staff and easy access.
Cons: Our room wasn't clean, got at new room. Spots on the sheets on both beds. We didn't have the energy to complain again. In general a worn out place. Mainly the cleaning was an issue. I didn't expect a 5 star hotel, but I definitely expect a clean room and clean sheet. Wifi wasn't working in our end of the inn. We needed that to plan our trip the next few days, and as they had advertised with wifi, that as well wasn't good enough.
3.0 Mediocre
Cons: Room wasn't ready till 3. Went back 4 times and nobody was at front desk. Hallways smelt like cigarettes and pot. Lobby sign was half missing. It was full of shady people.
6.3 Good
Pros: Friendly staff.
Cons: Rooms were very dated. Whole building needed upgrading.
3.0 Mediocre
Pros: NOTHING
Cons: Horrible! Room is non smoking but it smelled of years of smoking - drapes, etc all smelled!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! No coffee or creamer in room - I had to call for some as this is not left in room due to theft. Welfare people live in this hotel, constant smoking right outside door.
