Guests consistently highlight the hotel's excellent location, often mentioning its proximity to the harbor, city center, and scenic views. The breakfast receives frequent praise for its variety and quality. However, many guests express dissatisfaction with the room size, outdated furnishings, and cleanliness issues, noting worn-out furniture, lack of cleaning, and old bathrooms.
