Convenient location. Reception staff informative and friendly.
Parking was difficult. WC space was very limited and appeared to be designed for right handed people only.
Beds very comfortable. Excellent breakfast.
Very small toilet for big persons in our room,# 10
Friendliness of staff, comfort throughout hotel. Good breakfast.
Very close to the beach and town centre. Very helpful staff.
The hotel is very dated and the lift was interesting!! The room was basic but very clean.
Room Service is very expensive. There is a charge of £9.50 before you ordered anything, however the hotel information stated it was £3.50... Parking was a challenge.
Clean, comfortable reasonable-sized bedrooms and lounge and nice dining room. Reception available throughout the day with good service. In a quiet street, yet near to green overlooking sea and not too far from centres of activity, including restaurants.
Breakfast starts at 8:30 (unless you request it for 8:15) which for some purposes is very late; it ought to start at 8:00 with an option to request it even earlier. We did not come by car, but they probably need to warn people that parking space is limited in the area.
Friendly staff, good food well presented, entertainment was enjoyable
unfortunately there was a netball team staying who were very very noisy the first night and the second night they were very very noisy at 4 am, threw a cone at my friends window who was in the basement at 4.15am, they thoroughly spoilt our second nights stay at the hotel.
Clean, friendly, fast breakfast service
Size of shower, shower temperature controls, took a coid shower before realising you had to hold back dial whilst changing temperature.
Friendly reception and helpfulness of staff
