Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, making it easy to explore the city and access tourist attractions. Many also appreciated the friendly and helpful staff, as well as the overall cleanliness of the rooms. However, several guests were disappointed with the breakfast, describing it as basic or lacking variety. There were also repeated complaints about the comfort of the beds and pillows, with many finding them too low or uncomfortable. Overall, while the location and service were highlights, breakfast and bed comfort could be improved.AI-generated from customer reviews
