Pros (+) No breakfast, nothing fancy. Room had a fridge with freezer and microwave so I loved off the great Chinese food I bought the first day from across the street my entire 3 days there (they give you a TON of food). Bed is VERY comfy. Basic bathroom, desk, dresser.
Cons (-) Let guests know at check in to be quiet b/c the walls are thin--and provide ear plugs. The family staying around me kept slamming the doors shut (there's no need!) and speaking very loudly in the rooms and outside my window. Got zero sleep the 1st night and was very scared b/c I didn't know what was going on. I'd just fall asleep and BAM SLAM BLAH BLAH BLAH.
