The food, the wellness, the staff... it was all amazing. We had a small problem but the staff solved it very quickly. The food was great and very Good in price, they made us a vegan menu which we appreciated a lot.
Not all the staff could speak english So we were searching for ways to express ourselves sometimes.

The hotel is really nice with a great spa. The breakfast was very good with plenty of choices, their lunch and dinner options were really tasty also. It is about 30 km to Riva del Garda so you will definitely need a car and about 45 minutes to spare if you are planning to visit the lake. The view and the location were worth the effort though.

Lovely location even if it did take a while to drive to as it is located quite a bit further up than Brentonico. Clean and new rooms. Wonderful service and food at the restaurant.
Signage and navigation around spa facilities could be clearer. It was a little bit challenging to orient oneself and find the spa spaces on different floors. Wifi did not work well even with registration.

Everything. Most of the clients are Italians, not all the staff understand you if you speak English, so can you train your hands-legs language - I appreciate how charming they’ve been in these situations. There’s really lovely staff. Great roads around with lovely scenery. It’s really worth to ride/drive the road around Monte Baldo.
The best ever 3-stars hotel I have ever been yet. Of course in case you want to live a bit away from the main attractions or you love cycling or hiking. For me this is a plus and someone can find it negative. Our son was not really happy he was not allowed to go to the pool in adult area. But outside little pool made him happy again. In my world only real spa should be reserved for adults, not the best/biggest pool.
