Hotel.com would have actually forwarded our reservation to the Days Inn imputes system.
After reading some reviews I got worried. But, our stay was pleasant and comfortable.
More juice selection and bacon for breakfast.
Disappointed by roadblocks
Clean bed with helpful staff who did well with the system/space with which they had to work. TV, microwave, fridge, and luggage rack all in good condition.
WiFi just awful. Practically unusable from anywhere I was in the hotel. Room had a perfume/cleaner smell that was quite strong and off-putting. The main issue was check-in was a mess. Some computer issue caused every room to need to be seen by someone before it could be assigned to a guest. Breakfast did not have sufficient food which was fine.
I liked how close it was to most of the eateries and to where my family lives.
The tub was in disrepair (drain and floor).
Comfort was good - bed was excellent. Location was top notch as we were attending the Bristol race - very easy to get to the track. Shopping and restaurants in the area were great - the Mellow Mushroom & Cootie Browns were both fabulous restaurants!!
Overall cleanliness of the hotel was not great - it needs an update for sure.

Free breakfast was said to be from 6 to 11 came down at 830 am and nothing was available and staff was cleaning area didn't even acknowledge us to let us know what was going on.
