Pros (+) I stay at this hotel 1-2 times a year since it first opened. The location is perfect, situated in a high-end outdoor mall with many restaurants a short walk away and free under-ground parking. The staff are very friendly and the decor and ambiance are very "hip" and fun, but functional. It's a nice break from typical hotel blah.
Cons (-) My only complaint about this place is that there is not a good seal around the door to the room, so that when people are talking in the elevator lobby on your floor, it sounds very loud in the room.
