Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests frequently praised the hotel's central location, helpful staff, and comfortable beds. However, many reviews expressed dissatisfaction with the cleanliness, poor breakfast quality, and lack of air conditioning or ventilation, especially during hot weather. Some also mentioned maintenance issues in rooms and bathrooms, and the absence of an elevator. Overall, while the location and some aspects of service were appreciated, improvements are needed in cleanliness, breakfast, and facilities.
