Pros (+) Staff goes out of their way to accommodate and make you feel welcome. Rooms are a good size and well equipped. Very comfortable. High standard. It's one of the better 4 Seasons Hotels. I've stayed there many times now and would definitely go back.
Cons (-) No slippers in the room.
