Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location, friendly and professional staff, and good value for money. Many enjoyed the rooftop bar and city views. However, several reviews mentioned issues with cleanliness, particularly with old towels and some dirty facilities. Parking was a common concern, with limited and sometimes inconvenient options. Overall, the hotel is seen as a comfortable and practical choice, especially for business trips and short stays, but could improve on cleanliness and parking.

Very good
Anonymous, Jan 2018
Pros (+) Excellent staff! The front desk staff and security were excellent during our stay. Since we were a couple of one Filipino and one American and strangers to the area we were treated quite well. Most often information was given in both languages so we both understood well. Very friendly and helpful in exploring CDO's local style. Comfortable beds and clean rooms. Security takes good care of you, fla...
Cons (-) Soft opening a little too soft. No coffee or tea in room or available. No amenities to speak of other than toiletries in room. Never saw fitness center or restaurant or bar or tennis. Exterior glass above first floor is very dirty.
