It was close to where we needed to go. It will be good when the upgrades are complete
Noisy, we had teenagers playing in front of our room very early in the morning and waking our babies, also the noise from people walking past was very load in the room.
Poor
Not much had a bad experience
First walked in back sliding door handle fell off and wasn't screwed in properly, stains on carpet, aircon didn't work even had maintenance come and didn't do anything to fix it, front desk didn't transfer us to another room, fridge wouldn't stay cold and the bench and doors were water damaged and the chip board was crumbling off wasn't worth my money and wouldn't recommend stating and didn't get compensation or money back for our poor stay as my partners returning home present
Good place to spend some time
Pools Facilities Furnishings Rooms Setting Vale for money
Internet inconsistent TV too small

I liked the game room and pool.
Sheets had stains in it..wifi reception was very poor inside rooms..
I would recommend to stay elsewhere... This place was disgusting.
There is no way this is a 4-star hotel. My room was disgusting. The rooms was so outdated. The bed were clearly old and sunken in. The minute I pulled back the covers, there was a bug crawling around. I found several more little ants all over the dresser and a large cockroach. There is clearly an infestation problem. The bathrooms were so outdated and had mold in the grout. It took me 10 minutes of being in my room to decide I was leaving and staying somewhere else. It looked nothing like the pictures and was really disappointing.
The effervesent friendlieness of the Staff. They obviously like the environment they work in and it reflects heavily on the running of the resort. I note that staff are rewarded for being monthly and annual winners. This type of reward will have staff wanting to be a winner thus will sell the resort to people who are staying for a holiday.
The weather ........ only joking
Comfortable beds
Very well set out Resort, Very relaxing atmosphere. Great for families, children or couples.
Can't think of anything.
The staff were great. Great atmosphere! Room to move and option of pools. Other guests are happy!
The toilet made a horrible noise when flushed, the hair dryer look as though it had been dropped. Water splashed out under shower door and made whole bathroom wet! Had to ask for more towels to clean up the water. Fridge rattled all night and I couldn't see any smoke alarm in the room. But these things didn't bother me too much.
Rooms were refurbished and were very modern and clean. Great pool areas. Close to airport and city if driving. Lots of nice sitting areas around the hotel. Staff were prompt when we complained about noisy children running through the complex at 10.30pm.
Gardens in some places were in need of a tidy. This is a huge hotel with over 400 rooms so if you need a good nights sleep ask to be put away from groups if you want a good nights sleep.
Good for average Aussies and tourists. Good buffet breaky. Congee and soup yummo!!!!
The advertised pick up service from airport was not clearly explained online. The hotel looks better online than for real. It is an hours walk into cbd.
There was very poor lighting around all of the pools. Poor choice of evening meals.Could not get any food or drink after 9.30pm as everything was shut.
quiet professional staff easy to find close to airport
my 2nd stay 10/1/10 it took 3/4 of an hour to book me in they could not find my booking as it was 12.30 am i was tired and when i received a room it had twin beds so i had to wait another 20mins till they fixed this up but i will be staying again
the Nature
Restaurant poor service horrible food to much price
Free bus to the city and to/from airport
The carpet in our room was dirty full with stains, hotwater tap of shower was leaking when turned on ("o" ring missing) and one of the cards wouldn't open the door, No free internet.
