The staff were amazing and we booked 2 full day taxi rides (to Giza and around Cairo) with a great driver named Mohammed through the hotel. The hotel is in a great location and we had a great stay. The staff even gave us a room to rest in after we checked out! We would definitely stay here again!!!
The wifi was sometimes slow, but this was standard for Egypt. Also, the mosquito situation was rough in Cairo as a whole, but the staff was well-armed with bug spray and this made our stay mostly big-free!
