Interior design. Free cookies. Breakfast was good and very reasonably priced as I felt was the whole stay. Complimentary ride in the Bentley. Dog friendly (although didn't bring ours this time). Offer of discount for returning customers. Location. Comfortable bed. Welcoming and laid back hotel. We very rarely return to a hotel so the team are doing something right!
Bar prices a little steep, although not uncommon and the breakfast made up for it, but bar staff should be a little mindful of conversations.
Lovely especially as we were upgraded on arrival
The location is great and everything.
Nothing but no soya milk for my breakfast.
The hotel and facilities were very good and the staff were pleasant and efficient. Especially the reception ladies who, as the first people we met, were excellent.
The only facility which did not come up to expectations was the breakfast. The buffet area was good but our cooked breakfast took so long to materialize we had to mention it to the waiting staff. It was also not quite as good as we were expecting.
