Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location, making it convenient for exploring local attractions and dining. Some reviewers highlighted friendly and efficient staff, as well as comfortable beds in certain rooms. However, there were frequent complaints about the cleanliness of rooms and common areas, with several guests mentioning unpleasant odors and maintenance issues. Many found the value for price lacking, especially in the annex or secondary buildings, which were described as outdated and in need of renovation. Bed comfort and noise levels were also points of concern for some visitors, though a few found the beds very comfortable. Overall, the location and some aspects of service stood out positively, but there is room for improvement in cleanliness, value, and room quality.
