Pros (+) All of the employees were genuinely happy and welcoming. I would stay here again

Cons (-) TV small with low resolution, TV remote would only change channels, printed TV Guide was outdated, lock did not work, electronic entry didn't work.
Pros (+) Staff did not know how to handle booking through Expedia. Other staff was very helpful in resolving issue, but it should have never been an issue in the first place. You really need to train part time staff.
