Pros (+) The young girl that checked me Jan went out of her way to help! Sweet and represented the hotel well!! The trainee with her should have never been hired!! Did not know how to work with people and make them feel at home!
Cons (-) Home 2 suites were very cheaply designed!! Definitely not cozy ! Cold atmosphere!! Curtains instead of doors!! Will never stay again!!
