Pros (+) Great location one block from waterfront.
Cons (-) Hotel needs a refresh. Rooms are falling apart. Quite noisy in the morning . Two of three elevators out of service.

Cons (-) The room - out dated - didnt seems to be really clean - closet was broken - Bathmat was not functioning properly so high risk on falling out of the bath while getting out of the bath - The door on the outside (not the entrance) was not functioning properly.
