Arrived pretty late and so called to ask about checking in. The staff was great and told us where to find our cottage and that they would put our key on the table. They even left our front porch light on like Mom would do! Cottage was perfect. Very clean and comfortable! Pros (+) The location was perfect. It was central to much of our travel, and a hood jumping off point.
Cons (-) We had trouble with the gas grill and jacuzzi tub. We talked with the staff and they didn’t seem to care, and rather than offering to fix the problem shrugged their shoulders. After we left we received a call that we had “damaged” the bed sheets and they were unusable and we would be charged $30. I’d like to know how often this happens, as there’s no way for us now to go back and inspect what “dam...
