Colors of the room Breakfast
Jacob, the clerk was awesome. Helped us lug the suitcases up the steep two flights of stairs. Breakfast was ok, but not exceptional. We had two rooms and you had to be careful not to smack your head on the low huge wooden beams. Could not stand up in the bathtub. The mattress was fairly thin and not very comfortable. The overall experience was fitting, though, for the medieval town we were in.
Front desk great welcome Very helpful and best service
All was great
Helping attitude of staff.

Location was excellent, just off the town square and right in the centre of the old town. Hotel receptionist was very helpful and assisted us with transport to and from the hotel as well as advice on things to see and do in the town.
The room was furnished more like a student flat, with shoddy and inappropriate furniture which made the already small room feel very cluttered. The bed was against a wall on one side. Noise from upstairs room was bad on one of the two nights we were there. Being wood floored the noise of music and people tapping on the floor kept us awake until 2am when it finally stopped.
