Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests were dissatisfied with the hotel's cleanliness, citing dirty rooms, stained sheets, mold, and unpleasant odors. Service also received criticism for rudeness, lack of communication, and unresponsiveness to issues. However, some guests appreciated the convenient location and a few mentioned friendly or helpful staff. A handful of reviews noted comfortable beds or clean rooms, but these were exceptions. Bathrooms and amenities, such as TV and air conditioning, often had problems. Overall, negative experiences far outweighed positive ones.
