I never rented the vehicle because it was not 4wd full size SUV. They said they don’t have to give a 4wd but that doesn’t make sense for safety in an area with snowy driving. Dangerous with my family. The gentlemann was rude at counter as well and had no solutions other than a smaller car that wouldn’t have fitted our family and items. I rented with someone else.

Cons:
I tried to call a number of times to extend my rental and it took 8 calls to talk with someone who could help me. She was a great help, but it was frustrating not getting through or talking to people who couldn't help me.
Loved it. Staff was friendly and helpful and even went above and beyond.

The Kayak posting for this rental did not indicate a total milage cap and an overage rate per mile, but this was called out by Budget in the confirmation email in small text that I didn’t notice. Since we drove a long way on this trip, my final bill with Budget was much higher than what i was originally quoted on Kayak. In the future, I won’t likely book with Kayak to avoid this scenario, since whatever saving I may have gotten through Kayak was far outweighed by the extra Budget fees.
