The pickup at the airport, the smooth process when you get and give the car back. Automatic car which is so great when you have to deal with the crazy traffic! The value! The only thing that could’ve been better was that there was nobody at the counter at the airport so so we had to wait for a little bit.

I didn’t get the right car that I signed up for. I was expecting a late model Mitsubishi Montero SUV but instead they gave me a high mileage, very noisy engine vibration almost beat up older model Toyota Innova with tires almost balding with poor traction on the wet road. I was very disappointed for the quality of vehicle that was offered to me. The only consolation is it got us from point A to point B. 😊

It says that pick up is in airport but actually it's off site. The car looked like it was 20 years old with so many scratches it was almost comical. The tires were very worn. That said it got us from point A to point B with no issues.

First off the vehicle wasn’t a full size suv which I reserved and was told it would be a ford explore. It’s ok if a ford explore wasn’t available, but I didn’t receive a full size suv instead i received a Toyota Vios which is a subcompact sedan and it had preexisting damage all around the vehicle. When I returned the vehicle the staff member was trying to accuse me of the damage not knowing I took 360 degree video recording with the other staff member when I was given the vehicle after the payment was made not expecting a subcompact sedan. After I showed her the video she then said ok your good. But here’s the problem I paid the price for a full size SUZ not a subcompact sedan. So how will I be compensated for the difference?
