Cons:
The place closed at noon and no one told me!! I drove in a rental truck for 2-1/2 hours to get there and they were closed when I got there at 12:30. I had to rent another Uhaul truck to get home. I was stranded in Ukiah CA10.0 Wonderful

Hidden charges for insurance, unhelpful staff, very confusing drop off which required me to drive up a parking lot ramp the wrong way because correct route was barricaded shut.2.0 Poor
