They gives me one car full of scratches and dents and I received one email were the accuse me of causing one minor damage . They charged € 150,00 + € 80,00 . I hope someone will contact me to clarify this inconvenience .

They didn't have a car for us when we got there because we arrived a few hours late due to a delayed flight. They said it was a no show so they gave the car to someone else and then tried to charge us double to get another car. And they still charged us for the one they gave away and have not refunded

Showed agent damage when I picked it up and she told me they knew about it and not to worry. When I returned it no one came to look at the vehicle and then I get an email that license plate was dented and I scratched it? I was not impressed.
