Go for a known name. Find out exactly what car you are getting before you agree. Find out about all the insurance and look out for them adding things you don’t want or need. Don’t be conned by an upsell to a better car. If you play hardball you will get given a beater so they can pin some previous damage on you. Look the car over very carefully before leaving. If you reserve and don’t pay upfront they will increase the price on the day. I still had to pay £10 parking fee to get out of the airport parking.

Excellent clean car, efficient ,pleasant Staff. easy pick up and return No Hard Sell of extras aimed at tired travellers a hood tental. The place is a total scam. PLEASE be very careful if you deal with them, especially at the moment of signing where they will try to distract you In Order to lock you into some crazy extras. Do yourself a favor and bring your business somewhere else. Feel free to read their google reviews and you will see dozens of clients like me that were duped by a very dishonest sales team.

They tried to rip me off! didn't provide me with a damage for the existent damage and the employee said will provide it latter but I took pictures before I use the vehicle. Now they are saying the car never been damaged and I have to be charged for the old damages as according to their system the car never been damaged and the vehicle year is 2021! I disputed it and sent my proves but it is very poor management and it is stress and anxiety no needs for me to go through I put down a cheaper options to be with reputable company but National/Enterprise prove me wrong.
