Shuttles come only once every 45 minutes!Pros:The car was fine and the staff was friendly.Cons:The rental agency is in the Crown Plaza Hotel in Crawley far from the airport. The shuttle only comes once every 45 minutes so be sure to very arrive early not to miss your flight, and be prepared for a long cold wait at the bus stop.Reviewed 2 Apr. 2017
