I have rented many cars over 70 years. This was one of the best. Excellent clean car, efficient ,pleasant Staff. easy pick up and return No Hard Sell of extras aimed at tired travellers a hood tental. My only irritation is the need for cel phone /Sat Nav connection as mine was not working properly.

Hidden costs like roadside assistance or third party coverage. I was given child seats for 321 pounds! I could have bought them myself.

The place is a total scam. PLEASE be very careful if you deal with them, especially at the moment of signing where they will try to distract you In Order to lock you into some crazy extras. Do yourself a favor and bring your business somewhere else. Feel free to read their google reviews and you will see dozens of clients like me that were duped by a very dishonest sales team.

They tried to rip me off! didn't provide me with a damage for the existent damage and the employee said will provide it latter but I took pictures before I use the vehicle. Now they are saying the car never been damaged and I have to be charged for the old damages as according to their system the car never been damaged and the vehicle year is 2021! I disputed it and sent my proves but it is very poor management and it is stress and anxiety no needs for me to go through I put down a cheaper options to be with reputable company but National/Enterprise prove me wrong.

Booked and paid for a premium vehicle with all my details put in Upon pick up was told I cannot get premium based on my age and given a basic car Was told to check a refund on drop off At drop off was told to check online Have phoned 10 times since and never received an answer
