Very bed experience, starting with the office worker what gives you attitude when you’re asking questions and ending with the car with ripped seats and Shaking wells and aesthetic cars make you feel like you got the car from a junkyard, very bed , when I asked the worker to change my car he tells me is not possible so i got the drive the junk , I will never think that Buget rental car can rent that car and give costumers that service, don’t rent from this guy
Car was beat and broken. No AC. Barely started a few times. Waited in line for 40 mins to get the car.
I reserved a midsize and I received a compact car that was old, beat up, and dirty. It was a Suzuki swift fr 4 people.
The car rental office I designated for pickup was closed. The airport location did not honor my pricing, and the woman at front desk was rude, distracted, and completely unhelpful. I will be calling budget to request a refund.
Good, reliable car that has seen some miles, but it was great value for our money, and the staff made it super easy.
This was one of the most atrocious and stressful experiences. I’m shocked at how this is able to still operate. The manager/owner Adeline Chee-A-Tow laughed in my face when I told her it’s unacceptable. The car was confirmed. But they didn’t have any cars. So after spending an hour and 50$ to get to the office. I was suggested to take a bus back to my hotel to save some money. I had the BUDGET offices close this office. The 3rd party website was just as useless. Saying “we can’t find any reservations sorry. At least they didn’t charge you” Shut this business down
