My flight was very clean and the location was comfortable. The service was great. A satisfying flight!

It feels like the seats are getting tighter. Was towards the back so maybe they’ve been like this for a while.
Ran out of my choice of main course in BClass. Kind of weird combo for substitute.
Customer service on the phone for the flight was very good. Service on the flight was mediocre. Comfort was terrible because my wife and I were placed in the back row and with the person in front of us putting down their chairs we had NO space in which to move. No sleep and back pain for 91/2 hours.
Right on time. Free water and a chocolate treat. Landed on time. Seamless
Food was the most mediocre I have experienced on a transatlantic flight. Crew and staff were superb. Comfort was OK. For the first time ever, my luggage was misplaced between Lufthansa change of flight number and a replacement United flight.
person sitting behind me on flight to Calgary was vaping
WestJet at Toronto airport is a mess, flown multiple times and every time there is a 100m line for check in - the machines do not work for 80% of people. Its a shambles. You will be spending at least an hour before your flight in that line.
Must have the WestJet app for in flight entertainment but had the chance to dl before the flight so easy to use but needed preparation
Pleasant experience checking in. Seating is way too tight, especially for persons who are not petite. I thought the pilot was excellent in terms of his commentary and information. Wrong gate information on boarding passes. If I was not alert I could have lined up to board the wrong plane.
The captain was great he made jokes and make thebflight very comfortable. Alerted us about the islands we flew over and Yolandra and her team took great care of us, very personable.
We booked Caribbean Plus and Business Class.. The problem was that in Toronto the staff we would collect our bags in POS, but we had to pick up our luggage in GEO, do immigration, and customers, and go from one terminal to the other with all our suitcases and 2 kids.. Not nice and not cool. Wont do that layover in GEO again
It was a good flight overall. The flight was delayed but the crew apologized for that.
Have more options for food so folks can select what to eat. Entertainment was not great. I think that's one area they can greatly improve one. Update the movies and choices for entertainment. The crew on the Dallas to London was professional and very responsive and offered great service. Good job American airlines!
Because we missed our connection to Philadelphia on the BA flight from Milan to London, the exit row seats that I paid for were not available on the flight we had to take to Chicago instead of Philadelphia. I literally do not fit in a regular seat. I booked early, picked and paid for the seats I needed only to not be able to get the keg room that I needed. My trip home took 24 hours. It was a nightmare. We had to get our bags in Chicago, recheck them after customs, walk mikes through airports after traveling for hours longer than we should. I will attempt to not fly with BA in the future if I can avoid it.
The entire trip from providenciales to London Heathrow I recieved no meal or snack , there was some sort of issue with British Airways catering services which was unfortunate for the Airline but even more for the customers , I felt that with a 12 hr flight predetermined there should've been a contingency plan to follow , I was disappointed and upset about the situation and feel as if there should have been an offer of compensation , especially given the fact that the airline staff knew and made the announcement of the unfortunate situation. I hope that I never have to relive this again and for a better future flight experience.
