Pros:Easy Breezy! Walked in, walked out and was on the road in 5 minutes.
8.0 Very good
Pros:Yes staff was helpful
Cons:The first morning on our vacation woke up with a flat tire; had a leaking valave I believe
8.0 Very good
Pros:Ease of pick up and drop off
Cons:The steep deposit. Enterprise next time for sure. Plus, it takes 5 to 10 days to get my deposit back on my credit card. Ridiculous
Pros:When picking up the lady working was quick on getting my rental for me. In and out in about 5 minutes.
Cons:To check out I wasn’t positive what they needed, they left a number on the desk to call. Called it and the lady was kind of short with me over the phone. I wanted a receipt but she said I’d have to leave my email to get the receipt instead of coming up to print me one off.
Pros:Ii really liked the fact that the rental company location actually called me to ahead of time to confirm by booking and go over everything with me ahead of time.
Cons:The vehicle was horrible. It was uncomfortable, it was extremely small, and to say it lacked any bare bones features is an understatement. Not even the driver had power seats- I mean, that is so ridiculous in 2019/2020. No navigation in the cars- gps should be standard, but if you can’t even give people cars with power seats you shouldn’t be renting them cars. The gas mileage was poor and it was beyond uncomfortable to sit in. I honestly disliked every minute I had to spend in the car and it was driven to California from Iowa so believe me the experience was horrible. I’ll never use enterprise again or this booking service.
Pros:The CSR was super friendly. I was told I could drop it off at the most convenient location near my destination. The car included cruise control and got me there!
Pros:The car was nice because it had cruise control and a nice radio. I got an upgrade but really sad trying to save money for my business.
Cons:When I went to the Enterprise counter there was nobody there. I called the number they left and the phone across the counter rang. Icalled the 800 number and was told they could do nothing. I waited for 45 minutes agreet being 5 minutes after my check out time!
Cons:Gave me a dirty car. Poor selection of vehicles. Customer service was poor. I had to wait 3 hrs for car rental to be processed even though my car rental was booked months in advanced.
Pros:The customer service mainline was very nice and knowledgeable.
Cons:The desk worker was terrible! He wouldn’t take a debit card even though that site’s policy is to accept them with proof of travel to or from that airport. When asked to see a manager, he said that he’s the front man and has worked there for 4 years so he knew more than a manager and he refused to get one. When I had a friend who works at enterprise corporate call, he told him that he didn’t believe that he works there and he could be anyone making that up. When all was said and done, I left and went to Hertz even though they were a bit more expensive.
