Pros:Staff was friendly
Cons:Tires were not inflated, staff dis not check state of the rental with me before leaving lot, and vehicle was not similar to that which i chose (i chose a kia soul or similar and received a nissan frontier pickup truck)
Cons:When you get the gas option where they fill up the car, you are required to pay for a full take, even though you only use half or less. A rip off.

Pros:Car was ready for pick up in State College and drop off was easy in Kentucky
Cons:The mileage must have been logged incorrectly at the pick up location because at drop off, it said we had driven over 5,000 miles! Good think we got unlimited miles with the rental!
Cons:I went all the way to the airport so they tell me ‘we are out of cars come back tomorrow, and when i asked what will guarantee that i will find one tomorrow he replies “because am telling you” such an unprofessional treatment.
Cons:Called me 30 minutes before I needed the car and said they did not have one available.
Pros:The agent at pickup was very helpful and friendly, even though I had to wait quite a while as he was the only one there. He was very nice.
8.0 Very good
Pros:This reservation was cancelled due to the Pandemic.
Pros:Nothing. They wouldn't rent to me and I still had to pay for the insurance.
Cons:You could have not charged me for insurance on a car I didn't drive.
Pros:Friendly and informative service.
Cons:I think customers should charged by the hour, I was late by 1 hour for my 24 hour rental and was told I would be charged an entire extra day for it, I get it, but still.
Pros:Staff was excellent but severely understaffed for University move in weekend.
Cons:Our flight was delayed and when we got to Enterprise they had given our car away along with about 10 others who had contracts. They told me to they'd honor any additional costs. THEY DIDN'T! I will never use Enterprise again!
Pros:quick and great service, clean vehicle
Pros:Nothing...never was so disappointed in my whole life
Cons:Booth was closed , sign said somebody would be there to see me , after 45 minutes I left
Pros:Staff what is friendly and efficient. Pick up and drop off was easy.
Cons:I rented an SUV and dropped it off with a full tank two days later. It was a simple transaction and went according to plan.
Pros:Service was prompt, courteous
Cons:I showed up for my reservation and they didnt have a car for me.... worse, they couldn't issue a refund at the desk. Instead, I had to call Hertz corporate, which was a nightmare.
Cons:The car was not ready when we showed up, and the car was a smaller size than what we reserved. It was a one-way rental, and I was told at my destination that they had never seen a contract like the one I had been issued. It took 24 hours to resolve it.
