This is solely a rating for the Sterling Heights hertz branch where I picked the car up. Service was horrible in a dingy old building. The employee wasn’t friendly and he basically just handed me the keys and said it’s in the parking lot. We did not do a walk around to view the extensive damage to the vehicle before I drove off. Dropping the car off at the airport was very easy and the employee there was fairly nice.

I booked the reservation and when I went to pick up the car they said they had no cars available. They said I wouldn't be charged. Well I got charged a no show fee and it's so difficult getting it refunded, Expedia support has not been helpful.

Nothing at all, customer Service was excellent and recommend them. I will be using them All the time when we're traveling again. Hertz and Customer Service make things happen. Thank you again Hertz Car Rental and Thank you too Hertz Representative.

I reserved an electric and, Hertz in particular to avail of their Tesla options. Was told on arrival that the Tesla's on the lot were being stored with no charge. And no ability to deliver a charged car, if I came later. Additionally the cars were stored with below 20% charge. Not healthy for the battery.
