When I went to pick up car at 1pm at the airport office there was no representative at desk. I waited for an hour before having to rent from another company. Poor service from both Kayak and Budget10.0 Wonderful

We arrived at the airport and a Budget employee showed up immediately. We unloaded our belongings from the car and took it into the terminal and the Budget man took the car away. It could not have been easier.Cons:
There were no instructions anywhere about returning the car at the airport so we were confused until the Budget man showed up.2.0 Poor

Cons:
I had reserved a Yaris, knowing that I didn't have a lot of passengers, but did have a lot of luggage so I needed something with some trunk space. I was given a Citroen B3 hatchback, with very little trunk space, only one piece of luggage fit in the trunk, but I was told that it was the same category, so I couldn't have something with more trunk space without upgrading. In the end I had to pay almost double to upgrade, but had no other choice as I had five bags and no where to keep them.10.0 Wonderful

Great service, clean car and pleasant agent. The rental car company desk was not open when we returned the car, which was no problem, but if no one had been there when we wanted to pick the car up, that would have been a problem.Avis

Drop off location was closed and they told us it was because of an external site. Sue to this we had to pay and extra one-way fee of 20 euro's which they would not refund. Terrible servicekeddy by Europcar
