The Europcar staff members who assisted me in Viña del Mar, where I picked up my rental, and at Arturo Merino Benitez airport in Santiago, where I dropped off, were very friendly and engaging and delivered exceptional customer service. I speak very limited Spanish and these staff members were extremely considerate with me. Ultimately, though these staff members spoke as little English as I spoke Spanish (or likely less), we communicated effectively with each other thanks in large part to their patience and professionalism. My car was great and suited my needs quite well but dealing with these staff members was the best part of my experience as a Europcar customer in Chile.
