Spacious room. Location and convenience of surrounding areas. Disappointed the hot tub was not working which was the main reason for selecting this hotel! The plumbing needs attention. Water not draining right in shower and sinks. Was taking a bath and shower at the same time!!!!!! Toilet not flushing properly. Also; toilets need to be upgraded to taller ones. Pros (+) Clean hotel that is pet-friendly. Free breakfast was nice, but average at best in terms of quality. Convenient location near the highways and located in a shopping center to pick up any items if traveling while on vacation. Rooms were clean & spacious and came with a fridge to store leftovers. Bathroom amenities were good.
Cons (-) A bit crowded. Some kids were talking loudly outside our room at one point. Breakfast area was crowded which made finding seating an issue. No tissues were stocked in our room.
