Cons: We wished we could have stayed longer to enjoy all of the amenities
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This Bed and Breakfast exceeds any expectations! The room is beautifully decorated, the bed is very comfortable, the grounds and the views are spectacular and the spa facilities are great ( Steam Sauna, Large outdoor jacuzzi tub and a cold plunge). But the best parts were actually the gourmet breakfast and the massage treatment I ordered. Yves has magical hands and he combines different massage techniques to provide you with the perfect massage experience.

8.8 Excellent
Pros: The place was spotless people were very friendly great location far enough out so you could be peaceful but like 5 mins away from a bunch of restaurants grocery store and shops plenty of room in the rooms I went with my family 2 older kids and my husband and we were all very pleased there is dishes coffee pots stove everything you need to make anything and the store is like I said just a minute away so you can grab whatever and just go back
Cons: The only problem really was the hotel was like 90 a night but since it's in Canada and so many taxes it ended up being close to 150 which I thought was a little ridiculous the beds were very firm to so if your use to sleeping on something softer just be ready
9.3 Excellent
Pros: nice place
Cons: nothing
8.3 Excellent
Pros: I liked the location, the reception was extra friendly and knowledgeable, and I like the concept of the accommodations. It was like a bachelor pad of sorts. It was clean and well stocked.
Cons: I like everything about Studiotel except the bed. It was so hard it was almost like sleeping on the floor

10.0 Excellent
Pros: We loved the breakfast every morning and having the fireplace in our room. It made our room feel so cozy and warm after being out in the cold all day. Everyone in the staff was amazing also, they helped us make reservations for dinner which was so helpful.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great breakfast! Very kind staff. The hot tub was a bunus!
Cons: Very small tv. If you want to chill in bed with tv, not really possible. Bathroom in our room was a bit awkward but otherwise a great stay :)
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was great, walk to cute shops and great restaurants, short drive to ski area. Overall, this was a very good choice for the weekend.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was delicious, employees were very nice and helpful. It was nice to have a hot tub and sauna on site. Location is great, walkable distance to restaurants, short drive to the mountain.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Comfortable room in a good location in the old town. Breakfasts were great and the staff were very friendly.
6.8 Good
Pros: The breakfast was great and the staff were accommodating when we asked for extra croissants, they were delicious. The location was perfect--right in the middle of the village. Large hot tub was a bonus.
Cons: The beds were too soft and although it was advertised as a queen suite, I believe the bed we had was a full. I have a full in my guest room and it is the same size. We didn't get much sleep while we were there. Most of the staff are nice but when we asked for a late check out on Monday morning, they refused, even though the inn was empty except for us. When we asked if we can stay in the lobby for a bit so my husband could get on a work call, they first said yes. An hour later, they asked us to leave so they could close the inn. It was a bit rude. We stayed there for 3 nights and after check out it was as if they wanted us gone as soon as possible.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Second stay here! The suite #8 is so cozy we love it here. Delicious breakfast++
5.8 Okay
Pros: Breakfast was good, nice coffee.
Cons: The property has a great potential but unfortunately it is dated, the bathroom in our room was very basic. Our room felt more like a dormitory than a cozy room at a B&B. The property needs updating and lots of love.
6.8 Good
Pros: spacy and clean, rather cool atmosphere due to the furnishing,
Cons: breakfast very ordinary and simply served, not appetizing at all
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Amazing bed and breakfast. Very clean. Rented the suite upstairs. Room 8 in the pignon. Worth every penny. Breakfast was delicious. Great attention to detail from the warm croissant and fresh fruit to the frothy milk for your coffee.
Cons: We liked everything but I would say that it's not a great place for families with young children. The stairs are steep and the sound carries easily. We were lucky there was none as this could have easily made our experience less fun. Everyone was conscious of this and despite the B&B being at full capacity we were not disturbed by anyone.

Pros: Really a good place to stay. Good breakfast!

Pros: A magnificent on site restaurant. We highly recommend the auberge restaurant and staff. Bucolic location perfect after a long day's car ride.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The ambience and location of this hotel are excellent for cycling. We also went to the BALNEA. Spa which is to be really commended.
Cons: The display on the ac unit was so bright. This is not the hotels fault but there should be a cover made for them. At night it was light bright daylight with the light emission from the overhead ac unit. Bring a night shade
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Lovely location in the rolling countryside, super comfy bed, pleasant welcoming staff. Breakfast buffet was excellent with lots of choices for all including children. Being located between Cowansville, Knowlton and Sutton gives a great opportunity to discover these small rural towns or a place to stay during ski season at Mont Bromont, Mt. Sutton.
7.0 Good
Pros: Service was great. Staff was friendly and helpful. Location is great.
Cons: Room was outdated. Bathroom was small and shower was not great. The bed was lumpy and the pillows were very uncomfortable. The food was not good considering the price. I expected more from a 4 star. The decks that overlook the parking lot could be enclosed by trees, flowers or a fake facade. Not a place you want to sit on a nice summer evening staring at cars. I tried hard to like this place as we have stayed twice before and loved it.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Comfortable beds and they put a microwave in our room as requested. The pool was lovely most of the time. Location was delightful and excellent for our needs Staff helpful and friendly
Cons: Hot tub water did not seem clean.. foam and found a sanitary napkin floating... YUCK! Pool water murky one day.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: All staff we encountered were prompt, helpful and professional. The breakfast room was cozy, good quality food with nice presentation and service was excellent.
Cons: The property is tired is several places. A renovation would be recommended for the bedroom bathroom, pool area and common areas.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Food is delicious, breakfast room has wonderful atmosphere with light music. Rooms are very spacious, extremely comfortable and clean.
Cons: Parking lot is a mess from snow removal, has many potholes and was partialy flooded etc. It would be better if it were paved. Minor inconvenience however. Also, tub was slippery, needs a mat.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: In many ways, this B&B is exceptional. The house is beautiful, the area is calm. Margot is super warm, welcoming and helpful; she has been patiently waiting for us even though we arrived later than planned. The bed was super comfortable, the room was super clean, the shutters completely blocked the light - best night of sleep in a while. But the single best thing might be the breakfast - just plain amazing. You're unlikely to find something better in a restaurant, at any price. I can't imagine a more pleasant stay!
Cons: Nothing!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Best breakfast ever we felt welcome and cared for
10.0 Excellent
Cons: Location
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This place is amazing. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The couple running it make the BEST breakfasts!! So helpful and thoughtful, recommending restaurants and music events for us to go to. We were visiting Bromont for mountain biking and we rode less than 10mins to get to the main chairlifts every morning. It is also a 5 min car ride to some great places to eat. Highly recommend this place.
Cons: This B&B had shared bathrooms, not an issue for us but some may not want this.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The food was 5 star The staff was excellent
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We had a fabulous stay at Margot's. She's so welcoming, helpful and she cooks the best breakfast!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Margot is a truly lovely and caring lady and we totally loved our stay with her and her husband, Alex. We arrived very late on the first night and she didn't mind at all but gave us tea, some dessert and chocolates. Breakfast everyday was an absolute treat too, from cheesy Spanish omlette to fluffy, fruity waffles - always looked forward to breakfast time! The spa at the cottage was excellent after a long day on the slopes and the room and other facilities were all fantastic. Margot even took us to get our snowboard cards and some groceries because we didn't have a car. And even when we had our own food for dinner and lunch, she didn't hesitate to share the delicious meals she had if she thought we needed more <3 <3 thank you for the best B&B experience we have ever had!
Cons: Nothing!!
10.0 Excellent

Hôtel Château-Bromont - Bromont - Building
11
8.5 Excellent (683 reviews)
C$ 179+
Overview Reviews
Hotel Chateau Bromont provides guests with great access to the mountains and amazing views. The hotel sits right next to the Bromont mountains for guests to easily ski during the winter months. Shuttles to the ski hill are also available but depend on the occupancy of the hotel. While many 4-star hotel establishments have never really welcomed your furry friends, this hotel now allows guests to bring their dogs with them in their travels. The hotel features 166 rooms in its charming spot at the foot of the mountain. The rooms in this hotel don't only provide a great view, they also afford guests with cozy, luxurious amenities. A regular room, which is the most affordable rate, comes with either 1 queen bed, 2 queen beds, or a queen bed with a sofa bed. With the regular room, guests can choose an exterior view of the mountain or an interior view of the pool and atrium. The room provides all of the modern amenities a guest can expect: HD TV, a writing desk, internet access, a refrigerator, coffee maker, and some rooms even offer a wood-burning fireplace. To contrast this room with one of the more elegant suites, the executive suite with balcony offers guests a king bed with a sofa bed, a mezzanine, an exterior view with a balcony, two bathrooms, a bathtub, a fireplace, HD TV, refrigerator, coffee maker, microwaves, and a writing desk. No matter which room guests choose to stay in, they're certain to leave the hotel with a lasting impression.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We love this hotel! Friendly staff and everything you need including a standard 12pm check out. There is no rush! My son loves the arcade, I love the fireplace in lobby. The shuttle to the ski hill is fantastic.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The Chateau was a wonderful resort escape for us. It has great golf, a spa, miles of bicycling trails nearby, and great food. Best of all, it’s like visiting France without crossing the ocean. There were few other English speaking guests, but the staff are all bilingual and made us feel welcome.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: I come here every year with my daughter for our annual girls trip. We love using the pool and having that beautiful view to capture all day.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We liked the room and the grounds. Reception extremely friendly.
Cons: Everything was fantastic. It was great.
10.0 Excellent
Cons: Multiple babies and kids all playing and jumping around in the hot tubs on the terrasse. I’m talking kids screaming and babies wearing diapers in the hot tubs (10-15 total), that kind of ruined the terrasse for us... also at least half of the jets didn’t work in the amerispa section. So the beds advertised with jets didn’t activate after trying multiple times.. and there were no members of staff nearby to address the problem.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: I liked the ambience, the amerispa room, and the view from my room.
Cons: I didn't like that I was awakened by a fire alarm at 2am in the morning. This lasted 30-45 minutes and it was very difficult to get back to sleep and I had an early business meeting. So, I slept in to catch up on sleep so I missed breakfast too.
7.0 Good
Pros: Area was pretty. Staff was friendly.
Cons: We had originally been assigned to the SPA building, as we had requested a quiet area of hotel. We were in that area, and were given an upgrade. It was our 40th wedding Anniversary. Our room looked like it had not been updated in the last 20 years. Carpet was worn. Couches could write their own history. A tub in the corner...but with no jacuzzi features! The suite was poorly designed.... there was enough space but poorly laid out. We were updated to a suite.....but were now overlooking a parking lot. No pool towels available near the outdoor pool. We had been here for our 10th anniversary and remembered a luxurious hotel. We were disappointed .
5.8 Okay
Pros: The view
Cons: Price vs room
8.8 Excellent
Pros: 1) The location is perfect if you are skiing at Mont Bromont. 2) The check-in time is 4:00 PM, which is a bit late, but we got the room at 2:00 PM which was very much appreciated. 3) We had booked a room with one double bed and one pull-out couch but we got a room with two double beds. 4) There is a spa on the premises. 5) The parking is free and easily accessible. 6) The staff is very friendly. 7) The television is of high quality with many channels. 8) There is a coffee machine with everything needed to make a good coffee. 8) The curtains were thick and did block the light. 9) The view of the ski slopes from the room (#121), especially at night, is amazing. 10) The Bistro Restaurant offers quick and inexpensive meals.
Cons: 1) We were supposed to have bathrobes to go to the pool but none were in our room; we went and came back with wet clothes. 2) The bottom of the pool needs to be repainted. 3) The hotel is clean but I would give a 8.5/10 because the carpets in the corridors were a bit dirty and the same for the floor in our bathroom. 4) The prices of the meals in the dining room are expensive; a cod dish as a main course was $48.00 plus taxes and tips for one person.
7.5 Good
Pros: Location
Cons: Had a room without a window, didn’t know that had to be an option. Staff not too knowledgeable.

Cons: Bathrooms were small
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly hostess and comfortable room and bed. Having a well stocked, full kitchen available for cooking meals was also a benefit
Cons: The outside, 2 storey staircase presented access issues for my wife who has some mobility issues. The toilet was mounted parallel to the wall which made it awkward to sit on. The wi-fi did not work. We were able to connect to the router but it would not connect to the Internet.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great property, room was exactly what we needed. The owner was very friendly.

7.0 Good
Pros: Clean, comfortable, spacious rooms, with basic amenities. Close to the slopes and the old town center, which has great restaurants. Welcoming and very helpful staff!
Cons: Not a 4 star hotel as advertised, but a 3 star. No restaurant on site, no pool or spa available, no real lobby where you could sit and have a coffee. While part of the same complex, no relation with Chateau Bromont and no access provided to their facilities. It was a contrast between what had been advertised and the type of hotel we thought we had booked, and what we found on site!
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Very clean, updated rooms, beautiful view
Cons: No restaurants on site but little breakfast nook was handy
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Location is pretty good. Fair price.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We were there for just one night but it was very pleasant. The kids had a great time in the pool. There is a golf course on site, very picturesque. Well situated and less expensive than in Granby, only 20 minutes from the zoo. Would return!! Staff is very helpful and go out of their way to make you feel welcome.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Close to the mountain with convenient and friendly shuttle service.

5.5 Okay
Pros: Location was good for hill and restaurants. Had a pool and sauna. Bed was very comfortable.
Cons: I paid extra for a jacuzzi, when we got there after a long day biking we filled it up, we found out it didn’t work, tried to phone reception but the phone was unplugged, once plugged in it didn’t work. Toilet kept filling, there were handles missing from the drawers. The bathroom could have been cleaner. The bedding was hard! I do not like plastic mattress protectors, they don’t let the body breathe.
3.8 Mediocre
Cons: Uncomfortable beds. Lots of noise poor/limited choice at breakfast
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Clean clean clean. (Except the freezer in room 308 and the barbecue in the common area)
Cons: Great place for grim faced parents with screaming children. The breakfast had no hot food and the self serve area was jammed into a tiny corner of the room. Hot tub is tiny and occupied by screaming children. Pool ditto. Kitchenette lacked spoons, bowls, large glasses, cutting board, counter space and a microwave. (There are now two bowls in room 308 after I put them there). Missing light bulbs.
7.5 Good
Pros: It was OK but would have been better if it has included a meat and something with bran.
Cons: I would have preferred to be on the other side of the hotel facing the mountain.
7.5 Good
Pros: Liked thé balcony
Cons: Breakfast Just ok

7.5 Good
Pros: Great room, very clean. Breakfast was excellent. Beautiful location
Cons: Staff during check-in could have been more friendly and helpful. The hot tub was cold.
3.7 Mediocre
Pros: I reported this to the front desk staff & had the staff member see the ants for her self ! I also showed her the dirty curtains! I asked the staff member to have the manager call me. The manger called once. I called the manager, back ten minutes later! The manager was gone ! I left a message! Two days later I have not heard back. Most motels & hotels would have given the client a refund! I have received nothing.
Cons: The breakfast which is included is horrible! Mostly dried out stuff & cheap quality juice ! Avoid this place! Even the pool area is dirty. Numerous leaves on the floor. Ceiling tie hanging down. Dirty washroom in the pool area. The towels in the hotel room & pool area are very cheap !

9.5 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful old fashioned in with cozy rooms. Nice proprietor.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Very clean, charming Victorian room
Cons: No elevator, and we were on third floor at end of hall...since we’re in our late 70’s, it wasn’t easy! No offer of help, though staff was very congenial. Fortunately this was a short trip, so we had only 1 small backpack and 1 small overnight case to carry, along with a favorite pillow, purse, and 2 items on hangers. Would have been nice if breakfast was included in price of room; since it wasn’t, we elected to eat off site at nearby Star Cafe, recommended by hotel staff and a good experience.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Was there to participate in the Tour du Lac Brome (5 + 10 km race) and needed a quiet place to stay. The staff is very friendly and extended our check-out time as it interfered with the race time. Rooms are cozy. Restaurant on site serving pub food.
Cons: No fridge or microwave. Bed far too firm for my liking.
5.0 Okay
Pros: location was central good water pressure in the shower
Cons: the sink was in my bedroom, no proper bathroom ambiance was dead very dark and in desperate need of renovation rooms were too small, no space no air conditioning
5.5 Okay
Pros: Granted the hotel is old and the furniture was exquisite. The location was on a quiet street but no lake view. It has a history.
Cons: We were assigned a room (No. 3). The room was the size of my bathroom with a tiny computer as a TV, the bathroom was also extremely small. We requested a bigger room and were given a studio. Again the furniture was beautiful the bed comfortable. The air conditioning was inadequate, the ceiling fan was so noisy that we could not run it through the night. The advertisement showed a beautiful diningroom and pub. Both were closed and not accessible. We were disappointed.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Upgrade the 2nd night.
Cons: I had booked 2 x twin beds as I was travelling with my friend and the 1st night the only room available was a queen. Not good.
7.5 Good
Pros: Room was lovely - veranda off room was delightful - staff very nice
Cons: I booked 1st floor room - there are NO first floor rooms - stairs were uneven, no handrail on wide side - no dining room facility
9.5 Excellent
