Summary of reviews

Guests say

Guests consistently praise the hotel's central location, making it convenient for exploring Chiang Mai and its markets. However, noise from nearby bars and the street is a major issue, with many guests reporting difficulty sleeping. Service receives mixed feedback, with some guests finding staff helpful and others experiencing unhelpful or inattentive service. The pool is appreciated for its presence, though some mention it is small or not always clean. Bed comfort is a concern for a few guests, who found the beds hard. Overall, the location stands out as the hotel's main strength, while noise is its biggest drawback.
