Pros (+) Good customer service, friendly front desk. Beautiful building, lovely reuse of an old government building. Great location. Nice to have laundry machines and kitchen in the room. Really large room.
Cons (-) - No a/c - really warm. They cannot add a/c ducting or holes to the outside because the site is a Class 1 Heritage site, i.e. historic site. However, why can't they add portable units? - Tired rooms. ...
